Announcements Township Code of Ordinances on CD-ROM The Township Code of Ordinances on CD-ROM, as revised through December 19, 2005 is available for purchase at the Township Building for $10.00 Free Gun Locks Available As part of the national Project ChildSafe Initiative, The National Shooting Sports Foundation, with support of Lt. Governor Catherine Baker Knoll, the Pennsylvania State Police and local law enforcement agencies, free gun locks are available. Gun locks are available at the Township building between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Limit two (2) per household. Board and Commission Vacancies If you have interest in serving on the Township Historical Commission or Park and Recreation Board, please contact Bernard Rodgers, Township Manager at 610-495-5443 or info@eastcoventry-pa.gov Zoning / Code Enforcement Complaints If a resident wishes to file a complaint regarding a violation of the Township Zoning Ordinance or a Code Enforcement issue, please complete and deliver to the Township office the following form: Complaint Form. The complaint will be investigated and action taken by the Township's Zoning / Code Enforcement Officer. On-Lot Septic System Pump Out Information As required by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, all property owners with on-lot septic systems shall pump out their systems every three (3) years. Notices have been sent to all property owners in the Township. The Township requests that as property owners have their on-lot systems pumped out by a waste disposal company, the property owners forward a copy of their receipt for the Township's records. Reflective house markers are highly reflective house number signs that assist emergency responders in locating a particular property during an emergency situation.
